Asian shares edge up as investors cautiously optimistic on Clinton win

SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Most Asian stock markets rose on Tuesday ahead of the U.S. presidential election, with investors optimistic but cautious over improving prospects for a win by Democrat Hillary Clinton.
