Rev. Gardner C. Taylor, Powerful Voice for Civil Rights, Dies at 96

Mr. Taylor, a speaker, writer and the senior pastor of the Concord Baptist Church of Christ in Brooklyn until his retirement, had an impact as a political force that reached far beyond his 10,000-member congregation.
