Asia stocks bounce as optimism over Clinton grows; dollar strong

HONG KONG (Reuters) - Asian stocks bounced and the dollar strengthened on Monday after the FBI said it stood by its earlier recommendation that no criminal charges were warranted against Democrat Hillary Clinton.
