National Briefing | Rockies: Colorado: 3 Are Removed From Theater Murder Jury
Three jury members were dismissed Tuesday from the murder trial of the gunman who opened fire inside an Aurora, Colo., movie theater because of concerns they had been “tainted” by hearing or discussing news reports about the case during breaks from the trial.
