Wall Street ends higher as rate hike worries ease

NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stocks rose on Monday as expectations the Federal Reserve could hold off longer on raising U.S. interest rates offset concerns over Friday's surprisingly weak monthly jobs report.
