US to send special forces into Syria
President Barack Obama is to send up to 50 special forces to Syria to help co-ordinate the fight against IS, US officials say.

Continuing weakness in railroad and trucking companies have pushed the Dow Jones Transport Average index away from the S&P 500, a divergence that often is seen as a broad sell sign.
